Shire/Council Information

Tell them what you think

Tell them what you think: and make sure you are receiving all of the information you need from the Fraser Coast Regional Council.

The Fraser Coast Regional Council is undertaking a survey of residents to find out how they get their information and if there are better ways for Council to get information to residents.

“The survey is part of the Council’s continual effort to improve services,” Fraser Coast Regional Council Deputy Mayor Councillor Belinda McNeven said.

“We want to know if our message is getting to residents, and what information residents want to receive.”

The survey forms are available from the Council’s Customers Service Centres, libraries, or click here to download a survey from the web. The survey will also published in the next edition of Fraser Coast Living, the Council’s quarterly newsletter which will be mailed to residents in March.

“The answers will be used to review Council’s Strategic Communications Plan,” Cr McNeven said.

“The Fraser Coast comprises a number of communities and we want to make sure everyone is receiving Council information. If you are not, then complete the survey so we can make changes.”
